Communications Committee - Co-Chairs, Amy Kramer & Kim Graves
The Communications Committee oversees all communications and public relation activities of the Club, including promotional outreach to the Boosters membership, the community at large and media outlets. Concessions Committee - Co-Chairs, Karen Gerhart & Christi Dingus
The Concessions Committee shall be responsible for the management of all concessions using the school's indoor, outdoor or off-site facilities. Any off-site concession coordinator will report directly to the Concessions Committee. Each seasonal concession payout report shall be produced for distribution by the Treasurer and simultaneously be shared with the Boosters general membership. The Membership Committee shall maintain a complete and current list of all members, collectdues, and produce a membership report following each activity’s season. The report will be shared with the Club’s general membership at each General Membership Meeting. Further, the Membership Committee shall conduct ongoing efforts to recruit new members and be responsible for a monthly newsletter. The Ways and Means Committee shall be responsible for providing fundraising programs; corporate and community sponsorships; and activities that demonstrate a positive school spirit. The committee shall seek to identify ways to generate and promote a positive image of CHS and its athletic activities. The committee shall concentrate on developing three major seasonal fundraisers each year that require the participation of all seasonal athletic teams as an alternative to individual team fundraising. The Spirit Wear Committee shall coordinate the promotion of school spirit through the sale of apparel and memorabilia, bearing the school’s logo, at a nominal price and shall engage in a relationship with student athletic teams and clubs to help sell school spirit wear during school hours.
